In the year of 2012, which is important for TICO to research and develop of products, a number of R & D projects had started in that year.
First, we subdivided our all products. According to the different raw materials of our old customers, we divided our main products pellet machine into two kinds, namely feed pellet machine and biomass wood pellet machine. Feed pellet machine would reduce costs without degrading performance and quality, and biomass wood pellet machines would improve performance and quality without increasing costs.
In the next place, we make our products be series and make complete plant. Each model will be compared with the products in advanced enterprise, then formed the series products of ourselves.
In order to improve the technological content and the market competitiveness, what’s more, we want to develop the higher value-added small mobile pellet plant, now small mobile pellet plant 300 has been made out the model machine, and in future, the complete plant of a series will be pushed out gradually, furthermore, each model will form the series configuration of high, middle and low standards to meet the requirements of different regions and customers.
Now our small mobile pellet plant 300 contains the components of hammer mill, cyclone separator, stock bin, screw elevator, feeding machine, pellet mill, draught fan, screening machine, bag-type dust collector and etc. The size is 3500*1965*2700, and production capacity ranges from 250kg/h to 350kg/h, generally the total weight is 1948kg and power is 30.05kw. The effect of making wood pellets is very good.
